STrategic Play-Making workshops
Unlocking solutions to tough DEI problems can be hard. Not all of us learn and process information the same way. I Act uses a structured, interactive and "moving" approach to strategic Play-Making. We get teams using both sides of their brains to advance DEI awareness. Leveraging multiple ways of learning--aural, spatial, kinesthetic, visual and verbal--teams can benefit from their own and others' insights with the ultimate goal of experiencing shared success in reaching their strategic goals.

Working Together Toward a Common Goal
The I Act approach to moving leaders and teams toward DEI solutions is built on principals we've learned in the rehearsal room:
- All roles are equally important
- Our ability to tell a compelling story requires curiosity and openness
- Movement is essential to unlocking creativity
- Trust in the process is established by the Director's example of leadership
- Each character relies on the others to meet their individual objectives.
- We all expect to receive constructive criticism
- Individual success relies on the strength of the ensemble
- It is hard to describe what a true ensemble is, but we instantly feel when it isn't!
